Each Discovery Set includes a $30 credit that can be applied to a full-size perfume purchase. The credit is valid for 30 days after your order arrives.

✦ How do I redeem my credit?

At checkout, enter the unique code provided inside your Discovery Set. The $30 credit will be applied automatically.

Can I use multiple credits on one order?

No, only one credit can be used per full-size bottle purchase.

Can I combine multiple Discovery Set credits?

Discovery Set credits are limited to one per full-size bottle purchase and cannot be combined.

Can I purchase another Discovery Set to get a new credit?

Yes. If you purchase a new Discovery Set, you will receive a new $30 credit.

Do you offer samples of individual perfumes?

We do not offer individual samples at this time. Our Discovery Set provides a curated introduction to our signature scents, allowing you to explore before selecting a full-size bottle.

This exclusive invitation was sent as a gift, and while we ensure every package is handled with care, sometimes things happen along the way. But don’t worry—you can still play the game.

Due to the limited nature of this experience, replacements are not available.

Will you release new fragrances?

We will introduce new fragrances selectively, ensuring each release is rare and thoughtfully composed.

How should I apply my perfume oil?

Perfume is best worn, not placed. Dab onto pulse points where warmth meets skin—wrists, neck, collarbone, and the hollow of the elbows. Let the scent awaken naturally.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we exclusively ship within the United States.

Free shipping applies to orders that include:

  • Discovery Set, or
  • single full-size perfume.

✦ Can I order more than one full-size perfume at a time?

To ensure each fragrance arrives safely and beautifully, we only allow one full-size perfume per order.

Shipping is complimentary on each individual bottle, so you're welcome to place separate orders for multiple scents.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship every Saturday. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. All orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage with Signature Confirmation and insurance for secure and reliable delivery.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement.

Do you offer payment plans?

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Due to our small-batch production process, all orders are final once placed—this includes price adjustments, product modifications, and cancellations.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of fragrance, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage first-time customers to begin with the Discovery Set, which includes a $30 credit toward a full-size bottle of your choice.

Where is my order?

We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating. USPS tracking may show a package as delivered before it has arrived—please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.

What Happens If My Order Is Returned to Sender?

If a package is returned due to missed deliveries, an incorrect shipping address, or failure to collect within the required timeframe, USPS may return it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reship orders once they are returned.

Refund Process:

  • Once we physically receive the returned package (this may take several weeks), we will issue a refund for the item(s) only.
  • Shipping costs and additional fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Returned orders that appear opened, used, or tampered with will not be refunded.
  • Refused packages will not be refunded, as we do not accept returns.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Filing an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute is a serious violation of our terms of service and will result in the following actions:

  • We will submit all relevant transaction records to the payment processor for investigation, which may affect your ability to file future disputes.
