Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship within the United States.

If you are an international customer interested in Olira Atelier, hang tight, we're hoping to expand our shipping options in the future!

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Tuesday - Friday and can take up to 5 business days to process.

Please be aware that sales, promotions, weather and holidays may affect fulfillment times.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. All orders are shipped Ground Advantage via USPS.

Do you offer payment installments?

We're happy to offer Shop Pay as a payment method at checkout!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we are sadly unable to cancel or change the order; this includes altering prices or modifying the contents. Please ensure all the contents in your cart, as well as your billing and shipping information is correct before checking out.

Can I return or exchange a product?

For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened and used products. Once a product has been opened and used, we can't guarantee its integrity or safety for another customer. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of everyone in our community.

Where is my order?

We completely understand how frustrating shipping, incorrect tracking information and waiting for your order can be. USPS tracking can prematurely show packages as delivered before they have arrived. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your order to show up, check with neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address and to check for possible delivery delays in your area. Orders shipped via Ground Advantage are insured up to $100. For all concerns regarding the status, delivery estimates, shipping times, missing, lost or stolen packages, please contact your local post office for further assistance. Additionally, you may also file a claim online by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or by calling 1-800-275-8777 (USPS Customer Service)

Once an order has been received by the courier, any and all liability is handed over. All claims must be submitted to and handled by the courier directly.

My order arrived damaged!

My order is being returned!

If you have missed deliveries, entered the wrong shipping address or simply haven't collected your package within the required time frame, your local post office has the right to return your package to the sender. Sadly, this is out of our control and we cannot reship the order once it has been returned to us.

Once your returned order has been physically received (this can take upwards of several weeks) we will send you a refund notice. Please be aware that refunds can take 3 - 5 business days to show on your statement depending on the payment method used. This refund includes the prices of item(s) only and does not include the original shipping cost or any additional shipping charges.

*Olira Atelier reserves the right to deny refunds on any returned orders that appear to have been opened, used or tampered with. Packages that have been refused by the recipient and sent back will not be refunded as we do not accept returns.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute has serious consequences:

  • It complicates the resolution process.
  • It breaches our terms of service.
  • We will not be able to process further orders from you.
  • To prevent fraud and order abuse, your account details will be added to our internal fraud prevention list.

We take these matters seriously to maintain platform integrity and protect our customers' interests. We will do everything we can to ensure that fraudulent activities are pursued to the fullest extent by the police department. Be aware that if a cardholder knowingly disputes valid transactions to avoid payment, they could face criminal charges, fines, or even imprisonment.
